We will not accept returns unless the product is clearly damaged.

In case of doubt, we will take advantage of the Consumer Protection Ombudsman and we will comply with EU legislation on e-commerce in our transactions ( see the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) forum ).

The consumer has 14 days from placing the order to cancel the order by sending an e-mail to hello@yuyutoys.fi .
